Automatically collected information
When you visit snapfuneral.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring.

- Process and fulfill your order
- Communicate order status and delivery updates
- Coordinate delivery with our Supplier and the designated funeral home
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Send an order confirmation email to the address you provide

3. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to fulfill your order:
- Our Supplier — Receives your funeral home name, address, and order details to process shipment. They do not receive your payment information.
- PayPal — Processes your payment. Subject to PayPal’s privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy.
- Resend / email provider — Used to send order confirmation emails. Subject to Resend’s privacy policy.
- Vercel — Hosts snapfuneral.com. Server logs may include your IP address.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain order information for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Email records are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@snapfuneral.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Snapfuneral.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Your cart data is stored only in your browser’s memory during your session and is not persisted between visits.
